I have made many real estate deals in my 60+ years but none have been as stress free and expeditious as my recent home purchase in New Smyrna Beach. We had the privilege of working with David Kosmas. He was outstanding in all that he did to help us find a home. David had showed us a number of homes and condos before the home on Zillow was posted. His knowledge of the area, the market and of property values was extremely helpful in helping us determine what we were seeking. When we saw the Zillow listing we were instantly attracted. He quickly arranged a viewing. We loved the home and made an offer quickly. Thanks to David's personal knowledge of the area he was able to introduce us to the needed resources for inspections, legal support, insurance and utilities. In addition he provided local assistance to facilitate the remote closing. The purchasing process was stress-free, in no small measure due to his continued participation on our behalf. He made this dream come true.
